Due to custom or on-demand production, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

To report a damaged item, you must email greatvibeson10@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence.

Failure to follow this procedure voids replacement eligibility.



5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:


  • Permanent ban from future purchases
     
  • Collection actions where applicable
     
  • Legal remedies as permitted by law
     

We reserve the right to submit evidence of purchase confirmation, delivery confirmation, and agreement to these Terms in the event of a dispute.

Because many of our items are made-to-order or produced in limited runs, processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.



Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:


  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
     
  • International: 7–21 business days after processing (if applicable)
     

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.



Shipping Delays

Great Vibes on 10 is not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Shipping carriers
     
  • Weather conditions
     
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
     
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
     

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.



Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages.

If the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.



Lost or Stolen Packages

Great Vibes on 10 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
